Junior IT Supporter 80-100% (a)

Your tasks:
You are the central contact person for users on all IT-related questions. In addition to handling incoming calls and tickets and escalating problems to the responsible departments, you resolve hardware or software issues directly at the workstation or remotely. You also assist with the maintenance and support of the internal IT. Participation in internal projects rounds off your varied range of tasks.
Your profile:

• Completed basic training as a media technician/information technologist and/or completed further training as an ICT Supporter SIZ or commercial basic training with IT further education/ flair for IT
• Initial professional experience in 1st/2nd level support is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills
• Confident German and good spoken English skills (any additional language is an advantage)
