What you can shape

• You programme and maintain security systems at customer sites.

• You manage the fault hotline by telephone.

• You perform various administrative tasks such as coordination, purchasing, as well as plan and schematic adjustments.

• You take on on-call duties for security systems in the trained specialist areas.

• You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

What defines you

• You have completed basic training as an electrician, electronics technician, telematics technician, automation technician, IT specialist EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or a comparable qualification.

• You have a strong affinity for IT.

• You enjoy daily work with a laptop and network technologies.

• You bring pronounced self-management skills and a solution-oriented working style.

• You are committed, mobile, a team player and flexible.
