Experienced Real Estate Project Manager

Irbis Consulting and Cougar Management are sister consulting companies active in the real estate sector. They undertake various missions of delegation/representation of project ownership, real estate development, organisation of procedures (architecture competitions, calls for tenders, investor search) as well as project management, in French-speaking Switzerland.

Your tasks:

- advising public and private project owners throughout their construction project

- coordinating the work of contractors and companies

- assisting our clients with large-scale projects (airport, hospitals, etc.)

- managing construction projects carried out by traditional methods (separate lots) or general/total contracting

- organising architecture competition procedures and calls for tenders for contractors and total and general companies

Your required profile:

- your initial higher education is at Master’s level, EPF/HES Engineer, European Engineering School

- your training and experience have enabled you to acquire solid technical foundations

- ease with generic and dedicated AI tools

- experience in project ownership, site management, general planning

- endowed with interpersonal intelligence and good writing skills

- responsible and customer service oriented

- autonomy, efficiency and rigour characterise you

- French is your predominant working language, German is an additional asset
