Project Manager Facility Management (m/f/d)
Workload: 80-100%
Tasks & Responsibilities
Management and supervision of facility management projects involving structural measures (conversion, renovations, repurposing) and building services systems (replacement, optimisations) with responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality.
Development of implementation concepts taking into account user needs, operational requirements and legal regulations.
Control of execution, commissioning and acceptance of projects including site presence (area of operation: mainly Canton of Lucerne).
Coordination of external service providers and suppliers.
Participation in internal FM projects and harmonisation of tasks and services.
Maintenance of documentation as well as technical building systems (CAFM tool, building management systems).
Profile & Requirements
Completed vocational training in main or secondary construction trades with technical further education in HVAC or construction (ideally) or university degree in facility management
High technical understanding of construction and building technology, as well as system dependencies
Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects
Willingness to travel within Central Switzerland (depending on phase, approx. 20 percent)
Strong affinity for safety and fire protection
Confident use of MS Office, ideally CAD and CAFM
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
