Technical and site supervision (100% operational, no commercial canvassing)

Your Main Responsibilities:

The role focuses on the technical management of projects, from preparation to on-site execution:

Design Office & Drawing: Creation of plans and technical drawings.

Preparation & Logistics: Taking measurements on site, ordering materials and supplying the sites.

Site Management: Technical monitoring of work progress and quality control.

Field Management: Supervising and managing the team of carpentry fitters.

Professional Relations: Key technical contact for architects and various trades (no prospecting).

Profile Sought

Technical skills:

Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD software.

Knowledge of ArchiCAD is a valued plus.

Interpersonal skills & Leadership: Ability to manage a team of fitters, technical rigour and good communication skills to liaise with project managers (architects).
