Responsibilities:
You lead a small export team both professionally and disciplinarily.
You coordinate international shipments taking Incoterms into account.
You consistently implement customs regulations and internal compliance guidelines in daily business.
You analyse export processes based on defined key figures and derive improvements.
You coordinate collaboration with customers, authorities, freight forwarders, and internal specialist departments.
You are responsible for documentation and system processes in the export area.
You accompany or lead projects for standardisation and digitalisation.
You implement improvement measures according to lean principles in your own area.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical basic training with further education in export or foreign trade.
Several years of experience in international export of an industrial company.
Experience in leading and developing employees is required.
Good knowledge of customs law, tariff classification, rules of origin, and preference regulations.
Experience in project management and process optimisation is expected.
Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as MS Office.
You work in a structured, decisive manner and communicate confidently with various stakeholders.
Fluent German and good English skills for negotiation.
