For an established Swiss IT service company, we are looking for an experienced individual who masters modern Microsoft technologies, takes responsibility, and actively shapes the digital working world.
Responsibilities:
Customer consulting in the conception, design, implementation or migration of digital workplaces
You support customers with comprehensive information and advice on new technologies for modern IT infrastructure solutions
You take on the technical lead for key customers in digital workplace engineering
You develop new possible modern workplace concepts
You support 2nd and 3rd level support
You maintain our knowledge base and ensure the quality of documentation.
You play an important role in the professional development of our junior/professional system engineers and in cross-departmental knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in system engineering
Windows Server and client platform knowledge (Active Directory, GPO, PKI and lifecycle management)
Administration and planning of M365 tenants (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID)
Experience in identity & access management with Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA / Passkeys and hybrid identity architectures
Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
Experience with hypervisor environments, enterprise networks and firewall infrastructures
Experience with MS Teams voice solutions
