Setup of WLAN solutions and analysis of faults in 3rd-level support
Support of the 2nd-level support team and active participation in customer projects
Creation of technical concepts and solution proposals
Implementation and management of network infrastructure at the customer site, on-site and remotely
Careful documentation of all network configurations
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship or comparable professional experience
Solid knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN/MAN) as well as practical experience with switches, firewalls and WLAN
Independent and structured working style with experience in direct customer contact
Willingness to travel within Switzerland and possession of a category B driving licence
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
