Your mission in Biel

You will relieve the Head of HR and Payroll Services during the SAP project phase and take full responsibility for certain areas of the City of Biel's payroll administration. You will support the HR Services team with daily questions related to payroll and human resources management.

The profile we dream of

Complete training in commerce or business administration, ideally supplemented by a federal diploma as an HR specialist or social insurance specialist, or further training in payroll management

Proven professional experience in payroll

Strong knowledge of SAP

French or German speaker, with good knowledge of the other language

The Personnel Department is responsible for all personnel matters of the Biel municipal administration. The HR and Payroll Services department handles administrative tasks related to human resources and ensures that payroll payment procedures run smoothly.
