What you can contribute

• Create and interpret the legal bases relating to key sectors of biomedicine
• Draft legislative bill projects and participate in the corresponding processes
• Advise specialised units of the FOPH, examine legal issues and edit procedural acts
• Monitor internal consultations within the administration, parliamentary interventions and popular initiatives
• Provide legal information to federal services, cantonal authorities and interest groups

What makes you unique

• Law degree obtained from a Swiss university; ideally, bar admission, doctorate or equivalent qualification
• Expertise in constitutional and administrative law, perfect command of legal methods; an asset: experience in legislative procedure
• Analytical and systemic approach, meticulous and structured work, great autonomy
• Written and oral communication adapted to the audience, sense of service and advice, constructive collaboration
• Very good knowledge of French or German and good knowledge of another official language
