You advise homeowners and property owners directly on site.
You clarify customer needs and structural conditions in personal discussions.
You specifically develop the existing sales territory.
You acquire new private customers through active market cultivation.
You conduct consultation meetings with interested parties in the showroom.
Participation in trade fairs and events is also part of the role.
You coordinate customer orders with internal sales and project management.
You bear budget responsibility for your sales territory.
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship related to the construction industry.
Experience in field sales, ideally in the construction environment.
Further training in sales is an advantage.
Practical experience in acquiring new customers and personal customer consulting.
Confident appearance and strong negotiation skills.
High closing orientation as well as a reliable working style.
Good knowledge of MS Office and digital applications.
Team-oriented personality with an independent working style.
