Internal Sales/ Export Clerk (m/f/d)

Handling and processing customer orders domestically and abroad
Preparation of quotations, order confirmations, and invoices
Organisation and coordination of export shipments including preparation of export and customs documents
Interface between customers, field service, production, and logistics
Deadline monitoring as well as handling complaints and returns
Maintenance of customer master data in the ERP system
Support in projects in the area of sales organisation and export processes
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training
Experience in internal sales and export processing
Good MS Office and ERP knowledge
Very good German skills, good English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
