IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Implementation of demanding projects both at clients and in the company’s own data centre
Participation in varied cloud projects
On-site assignments for maintenance, support and system checks
Analysis and resolution of faults in the company’s own infrastructure as well as in client environments
Customer support with a focus on quality, efficient solutions and high service orientation
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship (mandatory)
Several years of professional experience, ideally in the IT service environment
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Very good German language skills
