Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

- You ensure the smooth running of service assignments and contribute significantly to high customer satisfaction
- You independently carry out commissioning, maintenance work and troubleshooting
- You train our customers in the handling and maintenance of our products
- You comprehensively support our existing customers and carry out service assignments. In doing so, you analyse, diagnose and resolve faults
- You are the first point of contact for our customers for technical and technological questions
Qualifications:
- You have completed a technical education, ideally in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- You bring experience as a service technician
- You demonstrate a high willingness to travel
- You have good German language skills in spoken and written form, and knowledge of other languages is an advantage
