Responsibilities:
- Independent management and coordination of building construction projects from planning to completion
- Creation of project and construction schedules as well as monitoring compliance with deadlines and budgets
- Personnel management and control of external service providers and construction companies
- Close collaboration with architects, engineers and other project participants
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and building regulations
- Conducting construction meetings and regular reporting to management
- Active involvement in the acquisition of new projects
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in civil engineering / construction management / architecture or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a construction & project manager in building construction
- Sound knowledge of construction law, construction costing and project management
- Leadership skills and experience in managing construction projects of various sizes
- Strong technical understanding and quality awareness
- Communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
