Team Leader Internal Sales & Export 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF91,000 - 97,500Our client is an internationally oriented Swiss industrial company that develops and produces high-quality technical components for demanding applications. With comprehensive engineering expertise, modern production methods, and high manufacturing competence, both standardised and customised solutions are realised. Quality and continuous innovation are central.
Responsibilities:
You lead and organise the internal sales and export team.
You support international customers and distributors throughout the entire order process.
You process orders and framework agreements including deadline monitoring.
You coordinate production orders with production planning.
You handle export and shipping orders including necessary clarifications.
You prepare quotations and ensure their consistent follow-up.
You independently handle complaints, returns, and RMA cases.
You maintain customer, order, and master data in the ERP and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or a comparable qualification.
Further training in foreign trade, ideally with a federal certificate, is an advantage.
Several years of experience in internal sales with a focus on order processing.
Solid practical experience in export and international customer relations.
Experience in leading a team or in a comparable role.
Good user knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
Structured working method, resilience, and strong customer orientation.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
