Responsibilities:
ICT Transformation: Agile development of the department
Team Empowerment: Leadership and mentoring of the ICT team
Service Ownership: Customer-oriented ICT service delivery
Innovation Management: Evaluation of new technologies (e.g. Cloud, SAP S/4HANA)
Governance: Compliance with compliance and security policies
Qualifications:
Degree (FH/Uni/ETH) + Industry Certifications (CISSP, ITIL, SAP)
Technical Expertise:
Hybrid infrastructures, network design, ERP integration
Leadership Skills: Experience in change processes and team management
Mindset: Pragmatic, visionary, results-oriented
German (native speaker)
