Planning, implementation, and operation of modern IT infrastructures for demanding customer environments
Implementation of move, add & change services as well as support and further development of managed services
Design and realisation of smaller IT projects including technical coordination
Support of sales & presales in technical matters as well as creation of solution concepts and system architectures
Taking over 2nd and 3rd level support as well as maintaining technical documentation and operational records
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with further education at HF/FH level and at least 5 years of professional experience
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, client engineering and virtualisation
Experience with Microsoft certifications at associate or expert level as well as ITIL processes
Strong customer and service orientation, independent working style and willingness for on-call duty
Good German and English skills as well as driving licence category B
