Do you want to build modern DevOps platforms and connect cloud, automation, security, and observability? In this demanding position, you will shape central development and operational processes and develop scalable solutions for production-critical applications.
You will take on both technical responsibility and a coordinating role between various stakeholders and external partners. Besides engineering, building standards and competencies within the team is also a focus.
Responsibilities:
Building and further developing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and establishing Terraform as the standard for Infrastructure as Code
Implementing and advancing security concepts for secrets, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps
Building central logging, monitoring, and observability solutions including SLI/SLO concepts
Analysing and structuring technical and professional requirements as well as developing sustainable solution and architecture concepts
Coordinating releases, changes, and external technology partners and ensuring stable and high-quality operations
Advancing DevOps and IaC competencies through coaching and knowledge transfer within the team
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or in a comparable role in production-critical environments
Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps, Terraform, containers/Kubernetes, and secret management
Experience with modern web and experience technologies, ideally CMS/headless architectures and UX analytics
Knowledge of network security, WAF, vulnerability management, and security concepts in regulated environments
High degree of independence, structured working style, and ability to translate complex requirements into viable technical solutions
Fluent German skills and good communication abilities; experience with IAM, external suppliers, eCH standards, or SAFe is an advantage
