Clerk Internal Sales with Export Knowledge 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000For an established company in the chemical industry, we are looking for a committed individual. The company offers innovative products and solutions for surface treatment and industrial processing and stands for quality, reliability, and continuous development. A dynamic environment and varied tasks characterise the employer.
Responsibilities:
Record orders and accompany orders until timely procurement
Handle international customer enquiries by phone and email
Prepare, send offers and follow up with customers
Process export orders and related administrative processes
Support the field service with organisational and administrative tasks
Relieve management of operational activities
Coordinate sample deliveries and monitor their processing
Monitor delivery dates and open orders in the ERP system
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with experience in internal sales or order processing
Good user knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP systems
Initial experience in export business or international order processing
Independent and structured working style
Reliability and strong sense of responsibility
Confident German in spoken and written form
English skills for international customer communication
French skills are an advantage
