Export Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 92,500Our client is an established Swiss industrial company focused on the development and manufacture of high-quality precision components for demanding applications. With modern manufacturing technologies, high technical competence, and many years of experience, the company supplies customers from various industrial sectors. Quality, precision, and innovative strength are at the core.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate customer orders and ensure their complete processing.
You prepare quotations and prices for customer inquiries and orders.
You coordinate delivery dates and customer requirements with the responsible departments.
Customs processing and preference checks are part of your duties.
You keep track of contract questions and ongoing customer agreements.
You coordinate the necessary steps with purchasing, production, logistics, and service.
Supporting apprentices in the commercial area complements your field of activity.
You implement improvements in processes together with the involved departments.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally further training in foreign trade.
You bring several years of experience in customer support or order processing.
Good knowledge of customs, export, Incoterms, and preference systems is required.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Abacus, is an advantage.
Professional experience in an industrial environment is welcome but not mandatory.
You work in a structured, reliable manner with a strong understanding of numbers.
You remain calm and solution-oriented even under high workloads.
