Store Assistant Manager (m/f/d)

Exciting tasks

• Assist the manager in the operational and administrative management of the store with a small team
• Take over and ensure the smooth running of the site in their absence
• Monitor restocking, shelf presentation, and commercial dynamics
• Advise customers on our garden and home products, and complete sales
• Participate in cash handling, invoicing, and communication with management.

Profile sought

• You have a Federal VET Diploma as a retail manager or equivalent training
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• You enjoy sales and know, or are interested in, our assortment
• You are comfortable with IT tools, autonomous, versatile, and organised
• You are fluent in French; German is an asset.
