Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the accounting management of the group companies
- You prepare annual financial statements and assist in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements according to FER
- The creation of the schedule for year-end closing activities is within your area of responsibility
- You maintain the share register
- You prepare VAT returns and tax declarations
- You validate tax invoices and monitor tax provisions
- Identifying, addressing and implementing process optimisations are part of your tasks
- You are responsible for handling insurance matters and their processing
- Your participation in projects contributes to the further development of the company
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification
- You are a specialist in finance and accounting with a Swiss federal diploma
- You possess comprehensive knowledge of balance sheets and experience in financial closing
- Experience in asset accounting is an advantage for this position
- You have good knowledge of VAT, Excel and ideally ERP systems such as SAP
- Knowledge of Lucanet is also beneficial
- Fluent German skills; additional languages are an advantage
