We are looking for a floor supervisor for one of our clients.

Your profile


- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a hotel specialist or an equivalent qualification.

- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in cleaning or Facility Management, including at least 2 years in a similar role.

- Experience in supervising cleaning or floor teams.

- Initiative and anticipation skills.

- Attention to detail, rigour and thoroughness.

- Availability and flexible hours, including some weekends depending on activity.

- Perfect command of the French language, as well as good knowledge of English (German is an asset). Your duties

- Supervise, coordinate and support cleaning teams.

- Ensure compliance with quality and cleanliness standards.

- Conduct quality checks and follow up on corrective actions.

- Perform quality controls and ensure follow-up of corrective actions.

- Manage uniforms and consumables.

- Act as the operational link for the General Housekeeper.

- Participate in the daily organisation of the service and briefings.

- Manage lost property.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing impeccable presentation of the areas.
