Sales Manager - Device Connection Technology - 100% (m/f)

As a Sales Manager in the DCT area, you are the central interface between technology, sales and customers. You actively shape market expansion, advise your customers on technical challenges and contribute to successfully positioning innovative connection solutions in the market.

• Technical and application-oriented advice for device manufacturers and EMS service providers with a focus on device and printed circuit board connection technology - independently and solution-oriented.
• Building and maintaining a reliable customer network, including acquiring new customers, expanding existing customers and achieving design wins in close cooperation with the regional sales team.
• Coordination and support of technical development projects, both internally and externally, using relevant tools as well as commercial and technical expertise.
• Participation in customer-specific solutions focusing on simple, reliable and innovative connection technology to meet specific requirements.
• Close cooperation with international sales partners and WAGO country subsidiaries to efficiently implement customer requirements and sustainably strengthen the market position.

• Basic electrical engineering training with experience in selling products that require explanation and intensive consultation
• Successful experience in sales, preferably in B2B and electronics sales or distribution
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of self-motivation
• Analytical and process-oriented thinking as well as a desire for continuous improvement
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written, with good knowledge of English; French skills are an advantage
• Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
