System Engineer Workplace & Cloud Services (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is a solid service company offering consulting & integration, operation & support services in the field of IT infrastructure as well as exciting data centre solutions. Responsibilities:
- You implement deployment projects in cloud and on-premise environments for workplace and infrastructure
- In this role, you maintain and further develop existing customer systems in the SME environment
- As a Senior ICT System Engineer, you support the service desk in 2nd-level support
- You manage documentation and create precise configuration instructions
- In this role, you actively promote knowledge transfer to your team colleagues
Qualifications:
- You have training as an IT specialist EFZ, ideally with subject-specific further education at HF or FH level
- You have several years of experience in a comparable position
- You are proficient in products from Microsoft, Citrix, VMware and other providers and ideally hold corresponding certifications
- You enjoy working in a team and place great value on quality
- You communicate confidently in German and English
