In this role, you shape the digitalisation of finance and accounting processes with Abacus solutions and support customers in the introduction and adaptation of the software. You analyse existing workflows together with them, gather requirements, document them, and configure the appropriate solution based on this. You also take responsibility for your own projects or mandates and accompany these from conception to successful implementation. Another focus of your work lies in organising and conducting workshops as well as user training. In doing so, you combine your interest in IT and digitalisation with your expertise in finance and accounting.
Responsibilities:
You support Swiss SMEs in the introduction and adaptation of Abacus software in the area of finance and accounting
After familiarisation, you take responsibility for your own project or client mandate
You analyse customers’ processes together with them, for example in financial accounting, gather needs, and document them
You configure and implement the customised software solution at the customer, often on site
You organise and conduct workshops and user training for customers
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education supplemented by business management training at FH/HF level or a federal professional certificate
You already have professional experience in finance and accounting
You have a strong interest in IT and digitalisation topics as well as a fascination for finance and accounting
Experience with Abacus or other ERP systems is an advantage but not a requirement
You communicate at native level (C2) in German
