Your new tasks

• Active participation in building the central property management as well as shaping future structures and processes
• Ensuring efficient and correct administrative management of the properties; the broad range of tasks extends from contract management, correspondence with tenants, to invoicing and debt collection
• Assisting in managing the property accounting of our commercial properties
• Maintaining relationships and close exchange with our external partner in facility management (technical building maintenance, construction management, cleaning, etc.)

Your profile

• You have a commercial basic education and already bring further training and/or experience in administrative property management

• You have very good command of the German language, both spoken and written
• You have good command of the French language, both spoken and written
• You have very good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Excel

• You have a strong affinity for numbers and are confident in commercial correspondence

• If you are also an open and interested personality who wants to develop ambitiously and grow in your role, then you are exactly right with us
