To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and committed Head of Meter Readings and Billing.

What awaits you with us

As Head of Administrative Monitoring and Consumption Management, you will play a key role in our structure. Your main tasks:

• Consumption calculation: You analyse consumption readings and prepare individual heating and hot water bills for owners, property managers, and tenants.
• Customer relations: You are in direct contact with our clients and ensure high-quality telephone reception.
• Collaboration: You work independently while coordinating with property managers and/or owners.
• Versatility: You take part in other administrative tasks as needed.

This position is for you if:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee.
• You have several years of experience in real estate accounting, particularly in preparing heating cost and ancillary cost statements.
• You are organised, meticulous, and autonomous.
• You enjoy working with numbers and can handle data precisely.
• You can manage a heavy workload without compromising quality.
• You have a strong customer service orientation.
• You enjoy interacting with many contacts and remain calm even under tight deadlines.
• You appreciate teamwork.
• You are proficient with the necessary IT tools in a digital environment.
• You also speak German at least at B2 level? This is an essential criterion!
• You also speak English? This is an advantage!
