IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Planning and operation of VMware virtualisation environments and server infrastructures
Administration of the SAN infrastructure as well as virtual desktops, servers and clients
Support of Windows systems, Microsoft 365 and business applications
Handling of 2nd- and 3rd-level incidents and service requests
Configuration and management of network components
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Conducting consultations and training
Qualifications:
Completed training as an ICT system technician EFZ or equivalent
Several years of experience in operation and support of ICT infrastructures
Sound knowledge of VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon and Microsoft Server
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and ADFS
Very good knowledge of LAN, WAN and VLAN
Analytical, structured and independent working style
High willingness to learn, teamwork and communication skills
