Rethink CRM, digitalise processes and intelligently connect Microsoft technologies. We are looking for a person who understands business processes, structures requirements and develops powerful Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions from them.
Responsibilities:
Consulting departments on optimising and digitalising CRM processes
Analysing existing business workflows and translating them into modern Dynamics 365 solutions
Designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
Capturing, structuring and prioritising business requirements
Developing solution concepts together with business and IT
Configuring and further developing Dynamics 365 CRM
Designing sales, service and customer care processes
Building intelligent workflows and automated business processes
Integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP, marketing, communication and third-party systems
Collaborating with developers on APIs, interfaces and custom extensions
Supporting introductions, migrations and releases
Conducting workshops, presentations and user training
Analysing system issues and developing sustainable solutions
Optimising existing CRM landscapes regarding user-friendliness, performance and automation
Creating business and solution concepts as well as technical documentation
Supporting customers throughout the entire project lifecycle
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, CRM Consultant or Business Consultant
Solid knowledge in CRM and digital business processes
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Understanding of sales, customer service or marketing processes
Experience in requirements analysis and solution design
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage
Understanding of APIs, interfaces and system integration
Affinity for automation and modern cloud technologies
Ability to connect business requirements with technical possibilities
Structured, analytical and independent working style
Confident presence in workshops and direct customer contact
Enjoyment of digitalisation, process optimisation and new technologies
