Goods Receipt Clerk (m/f/d)

• You coordinate and monitor the booking notifications for our ramp spaces and ensure a smooth process
• The allocation of ramps to the delivering trucks is also part of your responsibilities
• You handle the processing of our internal and external drivers and are the direct contact person for suppliers, clients and internal departments
• In regular exchange with internal and external interfaces, you independently clarify open questions
• You independently and reliably carry out customs clearance notifications
• Proper storage of goods as well as goods and pallet checks are part of your daily work
• You process delivery notes and create corresponding error reports in case of discrepancies
• When unloading containers, you actively assist and operate various industrial trucks

• Ideally, you have completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or already have experience in goods receipt
• You are confident in using common IT applications – knowledge of AS400 is an advantage
• A valid SUVA-recognised forklift licence is part of your profile
• Your independent, precise and efficient working style distinguishes you, even when things get hectic
• You communicate confidently in German and ideally have English skills or other language knowledge
• Flexibility, physical resilience and a pronounced hands-on mentality are natural for you
• As a reliable team player, you like to pitch in and feel comfortable in a dynamic logistics environment
