Role:
Are you a numbers expert with a passion for real estate? At our Rocken partner, you will find a versatile and responsible position as a Real Estate Accountant where you can fully apply your expertise in real estate accounting. Become part of a dynamic team and help shape the future of the real estate industry with us!
Responsibilities:
- Independent preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including plausibility checks of rental properties
- Preparation and verification of heating and ancillary cost statements as well as operating cost statements according to applicable regulations
- Responsibility for dunning and debt collection as well as ensuring rental income payments
- Processing of bank documents and conducting bank reconciliations
- Verification and execution of payment runs for creditors and debtors
- Consulting and supporting property managers in taking over new mandates and general accounting questions
- Creation and management of bank accounts as well as correct posting of opening balances
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed further training in finance and accounting
- Experience in the real estate sector, ideally in accounting
- Analytical thinking and a strong understanding of numbers
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Garaio REM is an advantage
- Fluent German spoken and written as well as precise and reliable working style
