Responsibilities:
Record, process and complete export orders on time
Prepare transport documents and shipping papers completely
Create customs-relevant documents for international shipments
Continuously monitor delivery dates and shipping status
Coordinate transports and routes with internal departments and partners
Handle returns and deviations in deliveries
Clarify customer enquiries and complaints in the shipping environment
Participate in transport quotations and price enquiries
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship in forwarding, export or logistics
Professional experience in export or transport processing
Good knowledge of national and international land transport
Basic knowledge of customs processing
Experience with shipping and transport documents
Structured working method with high quality standards
Confident handling of administrative processes and order data
Customer-oriented and solution-focused communication
