You lead and develop your team appreciatively and promote open, constructive collaboration.
You ensure the efficient implementation, maintenance and operation of the network infrastructure in network levels 5-7.
You coordinate network construction projects together with internal specialist departments, project managers and external partners.
You ensure reliable resource and deployment planning as well as high availability of the network infrastructure.
You actively drive improvements and digitalisation topics forward and further develop processes together with your team.
You ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements and quality standards.
This is what defines you
Ideally, you have training as a master network electrician or a comparable further education or are willing to complete it.
You have experience in the implementation of network construction projects and in leading employees.
You work solution-oriented and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
You promote collaboration, communicate appropriately to the target audience and respond appreciatively to different stakeholder groups.
Ideally, you bring experience in operating network levels 5-7 as well as with digital working tools and process optimisation.
You have good German language skills in spoken and written form and work confidently with Office applications and ideally SAP.
