Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
A stable and secure ICT environment today determines how productive an entire company is. As a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer, you take on exactly this responsibility and significantly shape the technical direction. At the centre is a modern cloud environment around Microsoft 365 (M365) and Entra ID. Your opinion carries weight, and you advance topics with a great deal of personal responsibility.
Responsibilities:
You lead infrastructure and digitalisation projects from planning to successful implementation
You continuously develop the cloud landscape and client management with Intune
You analyse complex technical issues thoroughly and find sustainable solutions
Furthermore, you identify optimisation potentials and automate recurring processes with PowerShell
Additionally, you actively help shape the company’s digital future
You also support IT apprentices in their training and promote knowledge transfer within the team
Qualifications:
You have a higher IT education (HF or FH) or an equivalent qualification
You have several years of experience in system engineering in the Microsoft environment
Your know-how covers several areas, such as backup solutions, virtualisation, and Active Directory
Challenging technical problems motivate you, and you tackle them with perseverance
You work independently, gladly take on responsibility, and actively drive topics forward
You also appreciate working with very different stakeholders
