Responsibilities:
Management and monitoring of ICT services in complex IT landscapes with a focus on monitoring and maintenance
Administration and optimisation of a scalable data centre infrastructure for maximum performance and availability
Operation and maintenance of a private cloud with Kubernetes, including data backup and recovery processes
2nd level support, close collaboration with partners as well as project support in the infrastructure environment
Creation and maintenance of IT documentation to ensure efficient and stable IT operations
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (IT specialist EFZ or equivalent), preferably supplemented by a HF/FH further education
Experience in administration of Windows Server, Linux (RHEL) as well as experience with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure
Know-how in Kubernetes or strong interest in developing these cloud competencies
Excellent analytical skills, structured working methods and routine in creating technical documentation
Team-oriented, independent and resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility and very good German skills
