Role:
For an initiative medical-diagnostic company, we are seeking on behalf of our client a team-oriented reinforcement for the financial accounting department. Together with the head of finance, you ensure smooth processes and continuously develop processes and systems. With your structured and precise way of working, you make an important contribution to the financial stability of the group.
Responsibilities:
You prepare and create the quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP for the group companies
You share responsibility for the asset accounting and participate in the VAT and withholding tax returns
You manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable including payment transactions and dunning processes
You support budgeting and quarterly controlling and provide reports, evaluations and statistics
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and hold or are pursuing the federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting
You have several years of professional experience in finance and accounting including closing tasks
You are proficient in Abacus and MS Office, especially Excel
You speak very good German and can explain even complex matters clearly
