Role:
For an established Swiss company in the service sector, we are looking for an experienced individual who will take responsibility for financial accounting and jointly shape the financial development of the company with management. You will take over the professional and organisational responsibility for accounting and lead a small team. You will be an important contact person for management and actively contribute your experience to financial and entrepreneurial issues.
Responsibilities:
You lead the accounting team professionally, personally and organisationally
You are responsible for the monthly and annual financial statements and ensure timely processing
You independently manage various financial accounts
You ensure the correct handling of accruals, prepayments and customer funds
You process settlements with business partners and keep an overview even with foreign currencies
You support budgeting, forecasting, key figures and liquidity planning and prepare decision-making bases for management
You prepare and review tax returns and VAT statements
You assist with audits, analyses and other finance-related issues
Qualifications:
You have a federal professional certificate or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in financial accounting
Initial leadership experience is an advantage but not a requirement
Experience with Abacus is an advantage
Fluent German language skills are required
