ERP Software Developer (m/f/d)
How do you stop a drone in mid-air? Our Rocken partner develops and produces intelligent interception systems for unmanned aerial vehicles. With electrically powered Sentinel systems reaching speeds of up to 230 km/h, the company protects critical infrastructures from unwanted aerial intruders. The solutions combine autonomous flight control, intelligent seeker heads, and modular design – from pure interception to controlled removal to safety zones. The focus is always on minimising collateral damage. The team works at the interface of defence technology, robotics, and airspace surveillance. As an ERP Software Developer, you shape the central business applications on which the operational business runs. The focus is on the further development of a mature ERP system and its integration into the surrounding system landscape. You work closely with the specialist departments and translate their requirements into stable, maintainable software. Clean code, clear data models, and well-thought-out architecture are not secondary to you.
Responsibilities:
You develop and maintain internal business applications as well as the central ERP functions.
You analyse business processes and data flows and optimise them purposefully.
You implement technical requirements together with the specialist departments into viable solutions.
Furthermore, you build interfaces to internal and external systems and integrate them.
You contribute to user-oriented UI components for professional users.
Additionally, you ensure code quality through reviews and tests and resolve disruptions in ongoing operations sustainably.
Qualifications:
You have experience in developing business applications or ERP solutions.
You have a solid understanding of data models, business processes, and software architecture.
You master at least one established programming language such as C++, C#, or Java.
Working with Git and common development processes is part of your daily routine.
In addition, you have a structured, solution-oriented working style and a commitment to clearly readable code.
Also advantageous: knowledge of UI technologies, databases (SQL/NoSQL), interface technologies such as REST or messaging, as well as understanding of distributed systems.
