Export Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Processing import and export orders for European and international sales markets.
Ensuring the correct application of customs and export control regulations.
Coordinating delivery dates and transport capacities with external service providers.
Contact person for questions regarding certificates of origin, customs tariffs, and international trade regulations.
Calculation and assessment of transport costs as well as maintenance of existing service provider conditions.
Checking the required accompanying documents for cross-border goods deliveries.
Supporting order processing with export and shipping-related issues.
Adapting existing workflows to new legal requirements and digital customs procedures.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, supplemented by further training in international trade.
Professional experience in export processing with knowledge of EU and overseas markets.
Knowledge in determining customs tariffs and goods origins.
Familiarity with forwarding processes and international transport procedures.
User knowledge of ERP solutions, preferably ProAlpha, as well as ExpoVit and Passar.
Good IT skills and confident use of common Office applications.
Analytical approach, organisational skills, and a reliable working style.
Good oral and written communication in German and English.
