Senior Specialist Compensation & Benefits (all)
This is how you shape health
- You are responsible for the preparation, conception, and implementation of the annual salary round
- You support the process of variable remuneration as well as the promotion process
- You conduct market analyses and benchmarks and further develop our remuneration structures and salary bands
- You analyse salary data, create evaluations, and derive well-founded recommendations
- You advise HR colleagues and managers on all Comp&Ben issues
- You continuously develop our grading model as well as existing remuneration and benefit concepts
- You ensure professional documentation, governance, and knowledge management in the specialist area
- You identify trends and optimisation potentials to further strengthen our employer attractiveness
This is what sets you apart
- Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences or university, preferably in business administration or a related field
- Several years of experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits
- Additional training in Compensation & Benefits or Human Resources is an advantage
- Strong affinity for numbers as well as analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- High advisory and service orientation as well as the ability to communicate complex topics clearly
- Independent and structured working style combined with high discretion
- Your German is business fluent in spoken and written form
