Role:
In this role, you take on a central position in production planning and ensure that requirements, capacities, and deadlines are optimally coordinated.
You work closely with production, purchasing, external manufacturing partners, and other interfaces, identify bottlenecks early, and take targeted action in case of deviations. At the same time, you actively contribute to the further development of planning processes and ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
You plan and control production orders based on ERP-supported demand planning
You prioritise orders and monitor deadlines as well as production progress
You analyse capacities, bottlenecks, and planning deviations and initiate appropriate measures
You maintain and optimise planning parameters as well as relevant master data in the ERP system
You coordinate external manufacturing partners and maintain close contact with purchasing
You actively participate in process optimisations and ERP projects
Qualifications:
You have a technical or commercial basic education, ideally supplemented by further training as a process specialist with a federal certificate, certified process technician HF, or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in production planning and control
You have a good understanding of supply chain and production processes
You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner
You communicate clearly and present yourself confidently even in demanding situations
You have very good German skills; English is an advantage
