Regulatory Affairs Manager 80% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a Regulatory Affairs Manager (80%), you are the driving force behind our approval strategy! You manage all regulatory processes, ensure compliance with international regulations, and act as the interface to authorities such as Swissmedic, EMA or FDA. You prepare approval dossiers, accompany audits and inspections, and keep our team informed about new legal requirements. In doing so, you work closely with R&D, Quality and Marketing to successfully bring innovative products to market.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry or comparable

• Several years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry

• Sound knowledge of relevant regulations (GMP, MDR, IVDR, etc.)

• Experience in communication with approval authorities

• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written

• Structured, precise working style with attention to detail

• Team player mentality and strong communication skills

• Proactive, solution-oriented personality
