Construction Project Manager: Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
Since 1953, our ROCKEN partner has offered a wide range of planning, consulting, and management services for all project phases in the fields of infrastructure, real estate, structural engineering, energy & environment, mobility & transport, as well as surveying.
Role:
This company specialises in complex civil engineering projects in the areas of supply, disposal, and infrastructure. At the Emmenbrücke location, you will work in a professional, collegial environment that offers modern working methods and genuine participation – from planning to execution.
Responsibilities:
Independent construction management in general civil engineering, especially supply and disposal as well as road construction
Planning, tendering, and execution of civil engineering projects including cost and schedule responsibility
Coordination with internal specialist departments, authorities, clients, and external partners
Active involvement in project planning and technical implementation on site
Leading construction meetings, quality assurance, and claims management
Close collaboration with project and construction management teams in the office and on site
Qualifications:
Degree as construction manager, civil engineer FH/ETH or technician HF – career changers with foreman/construction supervisor experience also welcome
Experience in construction management and/or project planning in civil engineering
Familiarity with modern construction and office software
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Organisational talent with enthusiasm for responsibility and direct site involvement
