For the 2027 intake, we wish to recruit Commercial Apprentices (M/F) at a 100% activity rate.

Mission

• You will carry out various administrative tasks.

• You will ensure the reception of visitors, colleagues and beneficiaries (telephone and reception).

• You will receive, sort and distribute incoming mail.

• You will monitor and replenish the office supplies stock.

• You will provide support for personnel management-related tasks.

• You will participate in accounting work.

Desired profile

• Strong interest in the commercial field.

• Minimum age required: 18 years.

• Eager to commit to an engaging and rigorous apprenticeship.

• Enthusiastic and willing to successfully complete your training.

• Collaborative spirit, flexibility and discretion.

• Perfect command of the French language, both written and spoken.

• Interest in the social field and comfortable interacting with people with disabilities.

Work environment

We offer the opportunity to participate in the development of a major institution, to face challenges and to develop your skills. We provide comprehensive training where you will have the chance to collaborate with the Finance, Human Resources departments and our administrative unit under the supervision of professionals.
