Job Description

• Holistic care and support of residents

• Responsibility for the nursing process and nursing documentation

• Professional implementation of medical orders

• Contact person for relatives and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Participation in quality development and promotion of high nursing quality

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF or FH.

• Experience with dementia and delirium is an advantage

• Knowledge in dealing with demential illnesses

• Experience in recognising and managing delirium situations

• Expertise in delirium management

• Confidence in handling challenging behaviours

• Person-centred care of people with cognitive impairments

• Observational skills for early detection of changes in condition

• Empathetic and professional interaction with affected persons and relatives
