On behalf of my client, a general contractor, I am looking for a
Architect - Draftsperson with signature authority
- HES Architect or Building Draftsperson
- At least 5 years of experience in an architectural office in Switzerland
- Knowledge of construction regulations (PPE plan, work description)
- Proficiency in Archicad 28 or other 3D rendering software
- Computer-generated imagery
- Fluent French, English is an asset
- Driving licence
- Company vehicle provided for travel to construction sites
- Feasibility studies
- Project development (villas, buildings, alterations, renovations)
- Surveys of existing buildings
- Permit applications
- Measurements, execution plans and details
- Site supervision
- Various tasks related to the role
