The Addiction Valais¦Sucht Wallis Foundation is the cantonal reference for addictions. It offers specialised support to anyone facing addictive behaviour (with or without substances), as well as to their relatives. It consists of five counselling and support centres, a day centre, three residential centres, socio-educational support services at home, and central services. The Foundation is inspired by the recovery model, through an individualised approach built with each person.

IT Technician Coordinator 40-50%
User and Infrastructure Support
Your responsibility:
You ensure the proper functioning of the IT and telephony environment of Addiction Valais by guaranteeing the availability of equipment, user support, and maintenance of business applications.
To this end, you:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to users (130 employees).
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations.
- Participate in the administration of the IT infrastructure in collaboration with specialised providers.
- Coordinate interventions with IT and telecommunication service providers.
- Participate in the daily maintenance of business applications and act as a contact person with external providers.
- Manage user accounts and access rights according to internal procedures.
- Ensure the management, installation, configuration, and support of telephony solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and raise user awareness of best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects for infrastructures, digital tools, and user services.
Yourself:
You hold:
- A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an IT technician complemented by a technical baccalaureate or equivalent training.
You have:
- Significant hands-on experience in IT support and workstation maintenance.
- Proven experience in application support and in the administration or support of IP telephony solutions.
- Confirmed experience in a multi-site work environment.
- A good understanding of German in a professional context.
You demonstrate:

- An aptitude for collaboration and diplomacy.
