Role:
Our client supports companies in the strategic development of their information security and the protection of complex IT and OT environments. The focus is on security governance, risk management, and modern security architectures that meet both regulatory requirements and operational needs. In this role, you advise clients at various hierarchical levels, develop security concepts, and lead demanding transformation projects. You combine technical understanding with strategic consulting and actively shape workshops, management presentations, and the further development of long-term security programmes.
Responsibilities:
Advising clients on the development and implementation of information security strategies, cyber security concepts, and governance programmes
Building and further developing ISMS according to ISO 27001 including gap analyses, audits, and maturity assessments
Conducting risk analyses and developing security, business continuity, and crisis management concepts
Designing and evaluating modern IT and OT security architectures with zero-trust approaches and network segmentation
Developing data loss prevention and compliance concepts as well as technical and organisational protective measures
Leading complex security projects including stakeholder management, workshops, and presentations for management
Supporting the acquisition of new mandates as well as pre-sales and business development activities
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in cyber security, information security, or IT security consulting
Solid knowledge in security governance, risk management, and compliance
Experience in building or further developing information security management systems according to ISO 27001
Understanding of modern security architectures as well as technical and organisational protective measures
Strong consulting skills in communication with management, CISO organisations, and technical departments
Experience in leading complex security and transformation projects
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Very good German and English skills
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 are advantageous
